Blue Collar Comedian Ron White Arrested For Pot

Blue Collar Comedy Tour comedian Ron White was arrested on Wednesday for possession of pot.

White was arrested in Vero Beach Florida where police took the comedian into custody for possession of marijuana, under 20 grams, and for possession of drug paraphernalia.

White was released from jail after posting a $1,000 bond pending his court hearing.

In addition to working with Jeff Foxworthy, Larry The Cable Guy and Bill Engvall on the Blue Collar comedy series, White also executive produced and starred in his own comedy special, "Ron White: They Call Me Tater Salad" in 2004.

White has also made guest appearances on "Reno 911" and "12 Miles of Bad Road" with Lily Tomlin.

No word yet from his representative or when his court appearance is scheduled.
